It is not hard to find a smart person. They are everywhere. Literarily. Think it this way, how many people you know you consider them stupid? Not many, right? Now, how many people you consider them interesting or charismatic? I bet you probably can narrow it down to one or two quickly.
I forgot who says it, but this sentence is gold:”In a room full of smart people, the interesting ones stand out.” Smartness is a commodity. But charisma is scarce resource. It is easy to obtain good grades, attend good schools and find a decent job; as long as you are willing to. However, it is hard to create an interesting life. Because it requires a pair of eyes that see things the mass cannot see, the courage to do things the average people will not do and the ability to laugh at yourself when things are not heading your way.
Yet, I encourage all to take the less beaten paths, to pick the not so conventional choice and to create your own stories. Because that, is what life is meant to be.
